Here is a six step breakdown on how Sam & Sean can help you sell your beloved home.

Seller's Consultation

We get to know each other, along with your goals, expectations, timeframe and walk the property to discuss details and get eyes on your potential listing. (Approximately 30-45 minutes)

Comparable Market Analysis Reports

We use the CMA report for both sellers & buyers. Generally around 10-20 pages which compares your property against all real estate active, pending and sold in the past 6-12 months similar to your home. This gives us a good starting point. Now we can drill into the details!

Professional Listing Proposal

We take the information gathered from our seller's consultation and CMA to combine into a professional presentation and competitively price your home. We will also provide the listing paperwork. We give you a day or two, to review the paperwork. Then set up a meeting to review in detail and sign the listing paperwork via e-signature or in person. 

Listing Appointment

We meet via web platform or in person to review the listing paperwork in detail. We want to make sure you do not have any questions and believe in 100% transparency. We believe in earning your business and there is not cancellation penalty when working with Haack Brawner Real Estate Team. We believe if you do not enjoy working with us, you shouldn't have too. Once everything is signed, it's time to get to work!

(Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour)

On Market Within 72 hours

We get to work on scheduling the photographer, 3D imagining, drone photos. Your responsibility is to prep your home according to this guide.

We will go through the inspection list checklist together before going to market. That way we are able to disclose any adverse conditions and fix the issue to assure a smooth real estate transaction.  

On Market

We continue to market and keep you up to date on all inquiries. Detailed process and marketing strategies all lined out within our listing proposal. Our team is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
